Join us on 7 June for a fun-filled community event in Port Sunlight; the celebrated model village built by the Lever Brothers for their soap factory workers! Today, it’s a stunning destination to visit and one the best examples of a preserved heritage villages, with over 900 Grade II listed buildings. It also features striking ornamental gardens and stunning architecture – the perfect day out!
The BTR Liverpool Port Sunlight events are a brilliant day out for friends, teams and individuals, and a great choice for a first road race. From the scenic 10k to the more relaxed 5k, plus a kids’ race (1k); it’s all set in a stunning historic location, making it a fun and memorable experience.
But there's more than just the route; by taking part for Mersey Cares, you’ll be raising funds to deliver the “extras” that make a real difference to mental health and wellbeing: think sensory gardens, creative art and cookery sessions, community sports equipment; the thoughtful additions NHS funding alone often can’t cover.
