Joanne Watson, Strategic Charity Lead for Mersey Cares, said:

"Every fundraising challenge, whether it's a 10K run, a Tough Mudder or even a bungee jump, helps us continue supporting projects that enhance the care and experiences of our patients, service users and communities.

"Taking part is not only an opportunity to achieve a personal goal, but also a chance to make a tangible difference to the lives of those we support. We'd love to see colleagues from across the Trust getting involved this autumn and showing the incredible impact we can make when we come together."
