The Mersey Care NHS Charity exists to enhance life-long health, care and wellbeing support in our communities to help people keep well and living well at home for longer. We want everyone in our communities to have good health and we plan to tackle the social and structural barriers that can get in the way.
Your support allows us to fund projects that improve care and facilities for patients and communities across Cheshire and Merseyside. We work alongside our staff to prioritise where funds are needed most; ensuring community initiatives are given a greater chance of thriving.
